In a largely residential corner of Poblenou, a chef who once ran high-volume kitchens chose to cook on a smaller scale at Atipical, a compact restaurant. The menu is rebuilt from scratch around whatever the market offers, and every ingredient used was bought that same morning. It feels closer to dinner in a private house, except that the door stays open to any stranger who spots it.
