Trattoria Sabatino

Trattoria Sabatino keeps a low profile on Via Pisana, behind a door with no sign above it. Inside, the dining room looks much as it must have generations ago, and plates of pasta, ribollita and bollito arrive in very large portions at tables shared between strangers. At lunch the room fills with retirees, students and local craftspeople, many of whom eat here daily.
