QuasiPronto

QuasiPronto unites the Venetian counters of Bar Filovia and the cicchetti bar Bacarando, both long established, under the same roof near Rialto. The tramezzini keep the following they earned at Filovia, and the kitchen makes mozzarella in carrozza with anchovy, salmon or cooked ham inside, as well as a squid ink version that holds baccalà mantecato. Cicchetti laid over soft polenta come out alongside.
