let’s is an app for people who live in Rome: what’s on in the city, who’s going, and how your circle grows. Locally is for exploring a city. let’s is for living in one.
the idea.
Put the phone down and meet people in person. That idea shapes how the app behaves: one edition a day instead of an endless feed, at most three spots in any two weeks, and a chat that opens five days before an event and closes the day after.
how we choose events.
Every event in let’s is picked and checked by a person on our editorial team. Nothing is published automatically.
Many public events in Rome reach us through the events pipeline of Locally. They arrive as drafts: an editor checks the date, the place and the photo, writes the text in English and Italian, and only then publishes it. Our editors also add events by hand: dinners, runs, talks, walks, volunteering.
Each event gets one of five tags:
Some events happen at a set time, like a concert or a run. Others stay open for days, like an exhibition: you pick a day and an hour, and it becomes a plan with its own spots and chat.
