delete your account.

You can delete your account whenever you like. In the app it takes a minute. If you no longer have the app, write to us here.

in the app

  1. Open let’s, go to profile and tap the settings icon at the top right.
  2. At the bottom, tap delete account.
  3. Read what happens, then tap delete my account.

It’s immediate.

without the app

Before deleting anything, we write to that address to make sure it’s yours. Then we delete the account within 30 days.

what happens to your data

gone straight away

  • your profile and your name, with your photo and bio
  • your phone number, if you left one, and your answers to the after-event questionnaires
  • your circle, agenda and blocks
  • your spots in future events
  • notifications on your phone
  • your login

kept for a while

  • messages you wrote, shown as “someone who left”, until the chat is deleted, 30 days after it closes
  • reports that involve you, 12 months, for everyone’s safety
  • this request, 12 months
